Attitude

I may bend, but I won’t break
I can give as well as take

I’m as strong as the day is long
I may not be right, but never wrong

Please don’t test me with a slight
Unless you want to face my might

But in all actions and transactions
I always seek correct reactions

I must be true to me, and then to you
Hoping you will see my point of view

I must be honest, I must be kind
Though I’ve the right to speak my mind

I suggest you do not cross me
Nor ever, ever try to boss me
