Game of Hearts
We met each other
We get each other
I fell hard for you – massive heart attack
Then you fell out – give me my heart back?
Since you’ve departed,
I’ve been brokenhearted
Is there an elixir?
Is there a fixer?
I’m like the Tin Man
Stuck and can’t win, man
I’m like the man of tin
Stuck and just can’t win
Cupid gave us a shot
Somehow, it landed not
Cupid, won’t you please deliver
Another arrow from your quiver?
Or get my heart back
Give my best part back?
Neither CPR nor a monitor work
Because I always fall for the worst jerk
Guess I need a heart transplant
Or some new brains, even a scant
Better taste, new heart, some brains
Maybe I’ll have a chance again
