The Orchestra
If me you want to seduce
Here is the truth:
Music, I say, is payday
If you like, a Steinway’s a fine way
A mellow fellow might use a cello
Or say, “helloa” to a viola
I think a flute could be cute
And a violin would be a win
Try a bass, my heart to unlace
You’d be sharp with a harp
Though I’m no strumpet, I could fall for a trumpet
And do not scorn the tuba or French horn
A trombone with a slide, have you tried?
A woodwind would score a win
A good bet might be a clarinet
And I might possibly swoon when you play your bassoon.
There’s also, you know, the oboe and piccolo
Of course, any percussion could have repercussion
You could bring it home with a xylophone
And the best choice is to use your voice,
However you like, with or without a mic
